Apex Clean Energy is partnering with architectural firm William McDonough + Partners on the sustainable design of a 130,000-square-foot Charlottesville headquarters. The new offices reinforce Apex’s commitment to supporting the economy of downtown Charlottesville and to living its corporate values. You can expect to see self-generated solar power, a (vegetated) green roof, nontoxic materials, and framing harvested from fast-growth timber. Sun Tribe Solar participates in Darden School clean energy events

Sun Tribe Solar's Devin Welch recently participated in two events organized by UVA's Darden School of Business and the Batten Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, both bringing together audiences to discuss the future of clean energy and climate change. Devin sat on a panel at the Darden Net Impact event on February 5th and was part of an invite-only event at the Jefferson Innovation Summit on February 22nd.
