Career Biography

 

Brian is a project development manager at Torch, where he focuses on advancing utility-scale solar projects in the PJM region through all stages of development. Prior to joining Torch and the renewable energy sector, Brian worked in creative marketing and digital media. He holds a Master’s in Urban and Environmental Planning, with a specialization in Development & Land Use, from the University of Virginia, and a BA in History from Princeton University.
